College maintains a fully functional Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). The primary objective of the ICC is to foster a safe, secure, and supportive working and learning environment for all female students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff. The committee operates with a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of gender-based discrimination, harassment, or misconduct within the institution's premises.

Composition of the Committee

The ICC of Calcutta Girls' B.T. College is structured to ensure fair, transparent, and empathetic redressal of grievances. The committee brings together experienced faculty members from diverse academic disciplines, ensuring balanced and multi-dimensional perspectives during deliberations.

Complaint Redressal Procedure

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Calcutta Girls' B.T. College follows a transparent and confidential process for addressing complaints of sexual harassment.
